SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipments are generally made within 5 working days. Please allow up to 28 working days for Pre-Order or Made-to-Order products.
Products will be shipped in a single package that includes the product, packaging, receipt of payment or invoice where required, and, as applicable, product certification and warranty certificate.
The products will be delivered to the courier within the specified working days. The timing of product delivery depends exclusively on the courier company, as do any delays and/or errors attributable to the courier company in making the delivery.
Upon successful shipment, you will be able to track your package via a link that will be sent to the email with which you checked out, or via the link on the order page of your account.

RETURNS

You may return your order by 14 days after receiving the package. In order to be accepted, the product must be returned complete with original packaging, payment receipt or invoice if requested.

It remains Giulia Di Properzio's right to reject the return of products presented in non-optimal conservation and maintenance conditions (for example signs of wear, damage or alterations in size) or whose label, if present, has been removed.

In case of compliance with the return conditions, Giulia Di Properzio shall propose the replacement of the returned product with an identical product or a different one of equal or greater value. In this case, the Customer will be required to pay the difference in addition to the returned product.

In the event that you do not wish to replace your product, you may obtain a refund of your order net of any shipping costs incurred during checkout.

For all products that need to be inserted into the human body in order to be worn (such as earrings or piercings), returns are never possible after the product has been worn, even if only for testing purposes.

All Pre-Order, Made-to-order, or One-of-a-kind products, due to their customised nature, can never be returned.
